Our rights and responsibilities
This is a free service. It may be used by anyone, from anywhere in the world, with the exception of persons banned by any means. The owners of the site can in no way be held responsible for any damage or loss from the use of the site. The owners of the site may at any time cease to provide this service, and can in no way be responsible for any type of loss due to discontinuation of the service.
The owners of the site reserve all rights.

Privacy
Boonbot.com cannot be held responsible for misplaced personal data, however, personal data - like your e-mail adress will not be shared with any partners or other third parts, unless absolutely necessary. This means, that the information will physically be with Boonbot.coms storage and hosting providers and as well accessible for any governmental institions who by law have claimed the rights to observe and store internet traffic between your computer and Boonbot.coms servers.
Some of your activity on Boonbot.com will be logged in various places for various uses. Foremostly, we log information to keep an anonymous statistic of the site usage, however, Internet Providers in Denmark are by law required to log any incoming or outbound activity for 1 year, and so, the Danish Government will have access to this data for investigation-purposes.

Your responsibilities
Boonbot.com cannot be responsible for its users breach of danish law or the law in force in a users country. It is your responsibility, and by registering you accept that you will held responsible for any such breach of law commited by you.
You may not abuse Boonbot.com. This includes but is not limited to hacking the site, flooding the site, the use of spam or any type of advertising without the site owners consent. Abuse of the site may lead to temporary or permantent ban from the site, and in serious cases contact to police. Also be aware, that Boonbot.coms hosting company might raise charges against severe hacking attacks.

Rules
You have to accept with the above requirements, which is percieved by the owners of Boonbot.com as common sense on the internet. However, you must also take notice of these rules when browsing the site:

• You may not advertise on the page yourselve. Only the owners of Boonbot.com may use advertising if the need is apparent.
• You may not have multiple account. One account per person, (also, max one account per computer).
• You may not impersonate someone else.
• Racism and likewise discrimination is not accepted.
• Personal attacks are highly discouraged, and may have consequences if continued over a longer period.
• Threats are by danish law illegal, and so will have consequences. When threating ingame (eg. threatening to be malicious against ones digital character), make sure to have it very clear, that it is only a role-play.
